A down on his luck college student is left with no choice but to move back in with his abusive foster parents. After being evicted from his off campus home, and kicked out of the university. An old friend invites Xander to join an MLM called "Dream Visions". A organ harvesting syndicate that sells organs to hospitals on the Black market.
